Can you install in mobile homes, apartments, or condos?
We currently serve single family detached homes only. Impact window and door installation requires structural conditions that mobile homes, apartments, and condos usually cannot support.
How long does installation take?
Most installations take one to three days depending on the number of openings. Larger whole home projects may take slightly longer, but we always provide a clear timeline before work begins.
Do you handle permitting?
Yes. We take care of all required permits and make sure your project meets Florida building codes and local inspection requirements.
Are your products hurricane rated?
Yes. Every window and door we install is hurricane rated for Florida. Many windows are sold as Miami-Dade rated at ±50 design pressure. Our Custom Window Systems windows are CAT 5 rated to ±60 design pressure, and we don't charge extra for it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Hearth, including 0% options for qualified buyers. Checking your options takes about two minutes and won't affect your credit score.
How soon can someone come to my home?
Appointment availability is usually within a few days. During peak storm seasons, schedules fill faster, so early booking is recommended.
